High-Ticket Sales: How to Close $5K-$50K Deals Consistently

Selling premium services requires a different approach than selling $500 packages. Here's how to sell big.

1. Qualify Hard, Sell Easy

High-ticket sales start with ruthless qualification. If they can't afford it, don't have the problem, or aren't the decision-maker — disqualify early.

2. Lead with Discovery, Not Pitching

Ask questions for 70% of the call. Understand their pain, goals, and what they've tried. The best pitch is their own words reflected back.

3. Quantify the Problem

'How much is this costing you per month?' If the problem costs $10K/mo, your $5K solution is a no-brainer. Always frame value against cost of inaction.

4. Use Case Studies, Not Features

'We helped [similar company] achieve [specific result] in [timeframe].' Stories sell. Features don't.

5. Present 3 Options

Good/Better/Best pricing. The middle option is your target. The high option makes the middle feel reasonable.

6. Handle Objections with Questions

'That's a lot of money' → 'Compared to what?' Every objection is a question in disguise.

7. Follow Up Relentlessly

80% of sales happen after the 5th follow-up. Most salespeople stop after 2. Be professionally persistent.
