Refund Policy
Last updated: April 25, 2026
Plain-English rules for how refunds work at Growtheon. No fine print traps, just the exact criteria we apply.
Quick Summary
- Monthly & annual plans only
- Lifetime plans are final sale
- Eligible day 7 - day 14 after purchase
- 6 required setup items completed
- At least 7 qualifying use days
- ≥2 qualifying actions per counted day
- Measured on first workspace only
- Outages can pause the window
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must be true:
- The subscription is a monthly or annual plan.
- The refund request is submitted between day 7 and day 14 after the purchase date.
- The 6 required setup items have been completed on the first workspace.
- The first workspace has at least 7 qualifying use days, where each day records at least 2 qualifying actions.
- The request is submitted by the subscription owner through the in-app refund flow.
- No refund has previously been requested or approved on the account.
What Counts as Qualifying Use
A day counts as a qualifying use day only if the first workspace records at least 2 of the following actions on that calendar day:
What Does Not Count
Passive activity does not satisfy the qualifying use requirement. The following do not count toward your 7 qualifying days, even if they happen daily:
- Logging in
- Browsing pages or menus
- Leaving a session open in the background
- Viewing dashboards without making changes
- Reading documentation or help articles
Required Setup Items
All 6 of the following must be completed on the first workspace before a refund can be considered:
Optional Setup Items
These items are optional and do not affect refund eligibility:
What Is Not Eligible
- Lifetime plan purchases (final sale)
- Accounts that already requested or received a refund
- Refund requests made before day 7 or after day 14
- Requests made by anyone other than the subscription owner
- Accounts that did not complete the 6 required setup items
- Accounts with fewer than 7 qualifying use days on the first workspace
How to Request a Refund
- Sign in to the account that was charged as the subscription owner.
- Open Settings → Billing → Request Refund.
- Confirm the request between day 7 and day 14 after your purchase.
- Our team verifies eligibility against the rules on this page and responds within 2 business days.
Access Issues and Paused Eligibility
If you experience a qualifying unresolved platform access issue, for example, a confirmed outage or a bug that prevents you from using your first workspace, the refund eligibility window is paused or extended for the duration of the issue.
To qualify, the issue must be reported to support while it is happening and confirmed in our system. Once the issue is resolved, the day-7 and day-14 markers shift forward by the affected time so you are not penalized for downtime outside your control.
