Question 1

What does 'unlimited subaccounts' mean?

Accepted Answer

Unlike other platforms that charge per subaccount or limit how many you can create, Growtheon lets you create as many subaccounts as you need—whether that's 5 or 500. No extra fees, no artificial limits.

Question 2

What's included in all plans?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes: unlimited subaccounts, unlimited contacts, unlimited team members, pipelines, CRM, workflows, automations, calendars, email/SMS, forms, surveys, AI assistance, and priority support. We don't gate features behind tiers.

Question 3

Is the lifetime deal really lifetime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pay once, use forever. No recurring fees, no surprise charges. You'll also get all future updates and features at no additional cost. The lifetime deal is limited to 20 seats.

Question 4

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No. All purchases and charges are final. Eligible recurring plans include a 14-day free trial, so cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

Question 5

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

None. The price you see is the price you pay. We don't charge for subaccounts, team members, contacts, or premium features. Third-party costs (like SMS carrier fees or email sending) are separate, just like with any platform.

Question 6

What can I do with Growtheon?

Accepted Answer

Growtheon is a complete CRM and business automation platform. You can manage contacts, build pipelines, create workflows, send emails/SMS, schedule appointments, build landing pages, run surveys, and much more—all from one dashboard.

Question 7

Can I white-label Growtheon for my clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can create subaccounts for your clients with your own branding. They'll never see 'Growtheon'—only your brand.

Question 8

Does Growtheon have AI features?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We include AI-powered features for content generation, conversation assistance, and workflow optimization. All included in your plan.

Question 9

Can I integrate with other tools?

Accepted Answer

Growtheon integrates with popular tools and services. We also offer API access and webhooks for custom integrations.

Question 10

Can I migrate from HighLevel or another CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We can help you migrate your data from HighLevel, GoHighLevel, or other CRM platforms. Contact our support team and we'll guide you through the process.

Question 11

How long does it take to get started?

Accepted Answer

You can start using Growtheon immediately after signup. Most users have their first pipeline and subaccounts set up within an hour.

Question 12

Do you offer onboarding support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All plans include access to our onboarding resources, documentation, and priority support. We want you to succeed.

Question 13

Why did you build Growtheon?

Accepted Answer

Growtheon was born out of frustration. Our founder was suspended from HighLevel for offering fair, unlimited pricing to agencies. Instead of fighting the system, we built our own. Growtheon stands for freedom, fairness, and rebellion against predatory SaaS pricing.

Question 14

Is Growtheon a HighLevel alternative?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Growtheon offers similar functionality to HighLevel but with transparent pricing, unlimited subaccounts at a flat rate, and no SaaS mode add-ons. Built for agencies and businesses who are tired of being nickel-and-dimed.

Question 15

Who is behind Growtheon?

Accepted Answer

Growtheon is founder-led by John M. Deleman. We're a small, focused team that prioritizes product quality over venture capital growth metrics.
